Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and in simple words, exercise is any bodily activity that is done to either enhance or to maintain your physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

Daily exercise is good for optimizing health and according to psychologists symptoms of depression and anxiety usually improves after exercise, though it might be the last thing on your mind when you’re depressed, but once you get motivated to start, it’s going to be a different story.
It is still unclear what the link between depression, anxiety and eexercise is but working out and other forms of physical activity can definitely ease symptoms of depression or anxiety and make you feel better
